A wonderful rich tasting dessert that can even work for vegans.
1 large rip avocato or 2 medium rip avocados, pitted 3 Medjool dates, pitted and at room temperature * 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt 1/2 cup of dairy or unsweetened dairy-free milk * You can use 3 Tbsp of date pasteto make processing pudding easier.
Scoop out the avocado and place in a food processor or high-speed blender. Add the dates (or date paste) and all other ingredients. Process on high until the ingredients have fully combined and turned creamy and smooth. Serve at room temperature or chilled. (I like it better after it has been chilled)
