This is a recipe for two regular size quick breads. I made one loaf and 24 mini muffins. I had the good fortune of standing in a checkout line with a lovely lady who was willing to share a great holiday bread recipe she made often. She e-mailed it to me and it was indeed a tasty and relatively easy recipe and perfect for Thanksgiving, but certainly could be used anytime.

1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp. cinnamon |
2 eggs
1 can whole cranberries 1 can pumpkin 1/3 cup veggie oil 1 Tbsp. orange peel 1/3 cup chopped walnuts |
