Ingredients:
_____ 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil _____ 3 cloves of garlic _____ 1 large onion _____2/3 cup white wine _____ 5 fish fillets (4-5oz each) * _____ 2 medium tomatoes _____ 1/3 cup sliced back olive _____ 3/4 cup feta cheese |
Read entire recipe before beginning:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Chop the garlic and onion. 3. Chop the tomatoes and measure (and chop if necessary) the black olive. 4. Heat the olive oil in the skillet and sauté the onion for 3 minutes add garlic and continue for another minute. 5. Add the white wine and sauté for an additional minute and remove from heat. 6. Add the tomatoes and black olives to wine mixture 7. Put fish fillets in greased baking pan and cover with mixture. 8. Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over fish. 9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until fish has an internal temperature of 145 degrees. |
