Veronica - an enthusiastic Cook
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Use ungreased 13x9 baking pan Ingredients: 8 Tablespoons butter divide- (put 3 Tablespoons aside to soften) ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup water ½ cup chopped pecans 2 (8 oz) tubes of Crescent dinner rolls ¼ cup of granulated sugar 2 tsp cinnamon |
Melt 5 Tablespoons of butter in baking pan and melt. Stir in the brown sugar, water and pecans.
Separate each can of dinner rolls into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations. Spread rectangles with 3 Tablespoons of softened butter. (may need a bit more) Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Starting on the shorter side of each rectangle roll it up and cut into 4 slices. This will form 32 pieces when done. Place the pieces cut side down in prepared pan. The pieces shouldn’t be touching. (4 rolls by 8 rolls works well) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and invert pan onto large plate or platter. Great served warm (or cooled) These sweet rolls put a big smile on Veronica's Face! Watch her make them by clicking here! |
Veronica also shows us how to make a wonderful "easy peasy" fruit salad with granola. Watch this video and you will also see Colton try his hand at this as well.
