Ingredients: 7 Frozen bananas (cubed) 3 Tablespoons of soy or coconut milk 1 cup of frozen strawberries 2 Tablespoons sugar
1. Put frozen bananas and milk in food processor and process until smooth and creamy. 2. Add sugar and process 1 minute more. 3. Add strawberries and pulse, so bits of strawberries remain in tact. 5. Put into ramekins and replace in freezer.
This is one of the few recipes where Cook 1 and Cook 2 do each step together!
