These easy and tasty meatballs which are quick to make can be used as appetizers, added to soups, or to a great pasta sauce.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly grease the foil with oil. Combine 1 pound of ground beef (or favorite ground meat alternative) with 1/4 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1 egg. Combine this mixture well. Roll into 20 (1 1/2 inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet about 1-inch apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
