Combine in a large bowl
1/2 (7 oz) BOX BRAN CEREAL 3/4 CUP RAISINS 1 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 1 1/2 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 2 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA 3/4 TEASPOON SALT Mix the following in a separate bowl 1/2 cup VEGETABLE OIL 2 EGGS 1/2 QUART OF BUTTERMILK Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixtures - stirring just to combine. Recipe makes 18 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Optional 1/4 cup chia seed and 1 cup walnut pieces. |
