2 pounds of peeled turnips cut into chunks
2 Tablespoons extra -virgin olive oil Salt and pepper 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 Tablespoon oregano 1 Tablespoon parsley |
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Toss the turnips with olive oil, salt, & pepper Roast, tossing about every 10 minutes until golden and tender, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with Parmesan and herbs and serve |
