Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 1 - 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk 10 oz of milk (1% or 2%) 5 eggs
Caramelize 1 cup of sugar in a 10"x6" loaf pan on top of stove. Let the golden melting liquid cover the whole bottom and sides of the pan and let cool. Mix the next three ingredients together. Pour contents into the caramelized sugar pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place the covered pan into a larger pan with water up the sides of the loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Mixture can be jelled at about 45 minutes, so carefully check as it should not overcook. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Unmold into a serving dish.
