​Ezra shows us how to make a Dorito Burger!  Click on his picture for a step by step video for this elegant recipe.  After a 6 hour brining with butter milk in the refrigerator, the chicken is rolled in flour and then in crushed Doritos before it is baked.  Ezra also made a lovely blue cheese aioli , a homemade coleslaw, and hot sauce to accompany this burger.  He certainly has made an amazing burger!
