1 cup Packed Basil Leaves
1/2 cup Packed Parsley 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 Garlic Clove, Minced Salt & Pepper 4 pollock fillets or favorite white fish Pecans for garnish |
Pesto: In a food processor, add the basil, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup of olive oil, garlic, a pinch of salt and pinch of pepper. Pulse the processor a few time until alll the ingredients are combined well. Set the pesto aside.
Pecans: Simply heat the pecans in a small skillet over medium heat. Add salt and/or pepper as desired, stir and watch them since they can burn quickly. |
